Semisi is a great guide. Without him, my Tonga trip wońt fulfilled. Semisi was sent by my hotel to pick me up from airport. He was so helpful to take me to check domestic flight ticket on the way and found the flight wońt be available in couple of days. Then he suggested me to try Island Eua and even help me to contact a person he trust in Eua who can help with my accommodation. My trip in Eua was so nice and unforgettable because of Semisi´s recommendation. Not only this, my return ferry was delayed. If I can not return to the main island on time, I would miss my international flight and all trips afterwards. Semisi helped me again at this critical moment. He ran to the ticket office and helped me to book flight ticket back to main island, which hero like action saved me and got me back to the right travel track… Above all these helps, Semisi is know all and sharing person. He was in tourism for over 35 years which gave him profound knowledge of the country and people. Through him, I saw the value of true Tangan. Thank you Semisi.

Semisi was recommended as my accomodation’s trusted driver on Tongatapu. I dearly enjoyed the day tour around the island with history, culture and culinary explained. My personal highlight was a visit to the cave (bring swimmers). I witnessed a friend almost missing his flight because his booked taxis didn’t show up which is a common issue. Luckily, Semisi is a man of his word.

Semisi (tongan for James) took me on a fabulous tour on Tongatapu (Tonga's main island) where I not only got to see the rugged west coast and its beaches, villages, blowholes and historical landmarks but also the peaceful east coast with its tall trees casting their shadow over the turquoise shallow waters and impressive funeral monuments. More interestingly, Semisi was open to my questions and to discuss the life, challenges and hopes of the Kingdom of Tonga as well as his own. I loved every moment of this half day tour and I will long cherish it my mind.
